We know that good support is worth a lot for our customers, both before and after purchase. Therefore, we provide a dedicated, knowledgeable and accessible support staff. A customer should never feel abandoned in the event of questions or problems. That is what we ourselves require of our suppliers!

We service and repair the entire range of PLCs, I / O and other hardware. Normally, we offer 1 year warranty on our products.

We also do service and repair all supplied systems. In newer systems, this is often done remotely, but we also do on-site service when required. System service can be done on demand or regulated via a service contract.
